في خطوة نوعية تعكس التزامها بمواكبة الثورة الرقمية وتطوير قدرات كوادرها البشرية، أطلقت الهيئة الوطنية لأبحاث وتحاليل البصمة الوراثية دورة تدريبية مكثفة بعنوان “الذكاء الاصطناعي وتطبيقاته العملية في بيئة العمل”، وذلك خلال يومي 28 و29 يوليو 2025.
وشهدت الدورة مشاركة واسعة من الموظفين الإداريين والفنيين، حيث تم التركيز على التعريف بمفاهيم الذكاء الاصطناعي وأبرز تطبيقاته العملية التي من شأنها تعزيز الكفاءة، ورفع الإنتاجية، ودعم مسار التحول الرقمي داخل الهيئة.
ما يميز هذه المبادرة أنها لم تقتصر على المختصين فقط، بل استهدفت أيضًا الكوادر غير المتخصصة، بهدف توسيع قاعدة المعرفة التقنية وتمكين جميع العاملين من استثمار أدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي في تحسين الأداء اليومي والابتكار في بيئة العمل.

Towards a Smarter Future: The National Authority for Genetic Fingerprinting Research and Analysis Launches a Pioneering AI Training Program
In a significant step that reflects its commitment to keeping pace with the digital revolution and enhancing the capabilities of its human resources, the National Authority for Genetic Fingerprinting Research and Analysis launched an intensive training course titled “Artificial Intelligence and Its Practical Applications in the Workplace”, held on July 28–29, 2025.
The course witnessed broad participation from administrative and technical staff, focusing on introducing key concepts of artificial intelligence and highlighting practical applications that can improve efficiency, increase productivity, and support the Authority’s digital transformation efforts.
What makes this initiative stand out is its inclusive approach—it was not limited to specialists but also targeted non-specialist staff. The aim was to expand the technical knowledge base and empower all employees to harness AI tools to enhance daily operations and foster innovation in the workplace.
This training course is part of the Authority’s strategic vision to build a smart institution that keeps up with global developments in both scientific and administrative fields, reinforcing its role as a national leader in genetic research and analysis.
